Jade’s eyes in this picture are piercing….things that ran
through my mind are “beautiful sadness” and “I can’t do this anymore”. I think O’Brien has yet again captured his
audience by pulling them in emotionally with his work. The story O’Brien attached to this is of Jade
leaving behind the broken hearted person she was and transforming into a woman
of strength she now has to be. Broken
hearts have no place in this new exceptional life she will now live. There is
so much for her to see and experience…and most importantly so much love for her
to feel…again.
